Statement from MTC Radio

MTC Radio has proudly served the amateur radio community for over 16 years. Since the very beginning — when we started with nothing more than a box of accounting and web site software from OfficeMax, a few products to sell and about 20 people in our email address book— our mission has remained the same: to support hams across the country with the gear they want, the service they deserve, and the pricing they can count on. Over the years, we’ve helped thousands of customers upgrade their stations through competitive pricing, trade-ins, and an ever-growing selection of equipment from trusted brands like Kenwood, Icom, Yaesu, Alinco, and many more.

As we continue to grow, we’ve realized that we’ve significantly outgrown our current website, accounting, and point-of-sale systems. December is typically one of our slower months, as most of our inventory moves during the Black Friday weekend, so we’ve decided this is the right time to implement an entirely new platform. For that reason, our website is mostly shut down until further notice while we put the new system in place. This upgrade will make things easier for our team — and more importantly, for you, our customers.

Our local store in Paris, Texas remains open during normal business hours, although stock is limited at the moment. During this transition, we will continue selling and shipping Expert amplifiers and a few select items listed on the temporary site. However, most other web orders cannot be processed until the new system is complete. Our team is still available by email and phone as usual if you need assistance.

Thank you for helping us achieve our best year ever — 2025 set a new sales record for MTC Radio, and we are incredibly grateful for your support. We can’t wait to show you what’s coming next, including several exciting new product offerings. Our goal is to have the new website live and everything running at full speed by January 5th.
