Security for a $350 Radio

I recently purchased the DFK3D separation kit and it was a breeze to install. I park my truck in a lot of areas where I would rather not have the TM-71A radio visible. Now I can remove the face plate and place it out of sight and any one looking in will see the empty mount and think that the radio is not in the vehicle.
