The Icom F5122DD is a VHF (136-174MHz) Data Transceiver. This radio uses 4-level FSK modulation suitable for real-time data monitoring allowing for fast data transfer.  With 25W and a BNC antenna connector, the F5122DD easily sends data/information over a radio frequency. This modem is an ideal alternative for areas with limited cellphone or internet connection, such as vehicle management for farming and airports,  traffic monitoring for roads/highways, or remote system management for utilities (water works/electricity meters).
