This unit turns on, but does not light up the screen and has no recieving. This radio does not work and is being sold as is for parts. The exterior is not in bad shape and is decently nice, but the radio does not work as it should. Comes alone with no accessories.

The Kenwood TS-440S was designed for superior performance in the the SSB, CW, AM, FM and AFSK modes. Full and semi CW break-in is supported. The 100 memories store frequency, mode and band are are divided into ten banks of ten channels each. Memory and band scanning are both available with adjustable scanning speed. Coverage is 160 through 10 meters including the WARC bands with final input power of 200 watts SSB/CW/FM/AFSK and 110 watts AM.
