This meter is in very okay shape. There is a fair bit of grime and dust on the exterior, same with some wear, as well as a dent on the top panel. This unit still works well and is fully intact. All text is nice, meter is has some hazing on the plastic but is legible, the controls are good, and the connections are sturdy. Comes with no accessories. This is a CB type meter
