This unit is in very good shape, but is being sold AS IS due to not being fully tested. The exterior of both the radio and VFO are both nice, with some general wear and some light dust. They are both still very nice and have no major cosmetic issues. When all plugged in, the RV-4C outputs noise and both units light up, which is a good sign. Their text is legible, their controls are sturdy, and the connections are all solid. They come together with a manual for the TR-4Cw. Nothing else included
