This scanner is being sold AS IS with no warranty. The battery cartridge seems to have some corrosion on the posts, but the actual radio seems pretty nice all around. This unit has not been properly tested, as it would need a good battery. This unit is nice and clean cosmetically, and it comes with the antenna and the wall adaptor.
