This unit is in very good shape. The exterior has some slight scuffing and some scratching, but it still looks very nice and has no major issues. This unit whas not been tested in any way. The meters are clear, the controls are sturdy, text is nice, and the connections are firm. This unit comes with the 120V power cord and makes for a nice buy!
