   RT Systems dropped shipped to me, very promptly.
   
   RT had provided the correct Serial Number for downloading the software....BUT had sent the wrong CD and programming cable.
   MTC promptly provided contact info for RT Systems.
   RT Systems...then shipped me the correct CD & cable. (also provided return shipping to send the incorrect CD & cable back to them.)
   All good.....
   RT software is easy to use...and you can import the data from other radios...such as the TMD710, etc.

   I bought this software to help in programming my IC-7230 dual band radio. It makes programming the radio easier and quicker. It can be done by hand but the software makes it easier and quicker

   I use RT Systems software with every radio I have. They make it so easy. Might be a little pricey but it sure takes the frustration out of programing some of these radios.

   As an ARES member, I am all in favor of knowing how to program my radios. I diligently do it until I can do it easily. But I am not going to work for hours to get my new mobile radio up to speed. I dragged and dropped what I had in my flood drowned radio into my RTSystems program for the new radio and in 3 minutes I was done. Great product and great support.

    I travel a lot in my job, so I am constantly reprogramming multiple radios. I have RT software for every radio I own, so it's simple to copy/paste the program across multiple radios, including Yaesu, Icom, and Kenwood.
