U7610 AS IS Used Realistic HTX-100 10 Meter Mobile Transceiver

This radio is in decent condition. All text is intact and sharp, and all of its buttons and dials handle smoothly. The exterior of the radio and its screen is clean. There is damage and scuffs on the top and around its sides. Its original attention sticker also has some peeling, but is stuck on securely. Its hand mic is dirty with scratches, and it has some glittery smudges on it, but its buttons and cord are damage-free and functions. This radio is not working. The screen just flashes the frequency. It does not receive or Transmit. Im sure the VCO is unlocked.
Included with this radio is the original power cord, manual, and hand mic.
