U14427 AS IS Used Kenwood TS-430S Amateur HF Transceiver [Sold for Parts Only]

This Kenwood TS-430S is in rough condition There are some light scratches to the transceiver as well as a few dings (see photos). This radio looks nice, it has been tested, and it turns on its display brightness is clear and crisp and all of its shown detailing is visible. BUT, it does NOT work, as its previous owner stated. 
There are no issues with the function of the buttons, meter, or knobs.
All of the screws in the top casing are missing! The receive seems to be low and it does not make full power.


Included with this transceiver is its original manual. Does NOT come with a microphone or DC power cable.
