This meter is in fantastic used condition. The giant meter is very clean and easy to read. The text is all clear and intact. The connections on the rear are also clean. It works fine with no issues. All buttons and knob twist in easily and have little to no usage marks. This meter comes on its own, with no additional plugs, cables, cords, or plugs. You will need a 12 volt supply cable for this meter to work correctly
