This control box is in great condition. The previous owner took good care of this unit. There are very few cosmetic issues with this unit rather than some very minor scratches to the body of the unit. Everything looks good on this unit. The controller box contains some minor dust, but is otherwise in great shape. Included with this purchase is the control box unit, and an ERC-Mini Rotator. These do not come with the original box nor the manuals. The actual rotator is not included
