U16263 Never Used Cushcraft HV4E-TB Universal Vertical Tilt Base

This unit is in excellent, never used condition. There are no issues with the base, and it still has the protective wrap on it. The screws and mounting accessories are also in great shape and have never been opened. This unit is meant to be used with the HV4E, so its effectiveness on its own may not be the same. Other items that may be required for assembly are mentioned on the manual page that is included. This is all inside of the original box.

This was bought brand new here in the store. The customer realized it would not work with his antenna and brought it back. It has never been used. If you are thinking you want to get it for your antenna that is not an HV4E, it will not work
