This handheld is in good condition, but sort of dirty. The buttons are all working well, as well as the dial. The display clearly shows the frequencies and relevant text. Flashlight works and looks good. Included with this radio is the  antenna, battery, desk charger, programming cable, car adapter, hand mic (rough cord), and belt clip. Does not come in the original box.
