    I have the FT3DR and purchased the Bluetooth wireless mic. The bluetooth is OK but not as loud as I had hoped for when I am riding around on my bicycle, so purchased the speaker/mic. This does seem to have greater volume and sounds as good as the radios speaker. I would recommend both, but they have different purposes.
