Main Trading Company is pleased to announce our continuing policy of free ground shipping on most orders of new equipment over $100. Any orders over $100 will be subject to a Signature Confirmation upon delivery unless otherwise noted in the comments of the order. We are not liable for theft or loss if signature is waived. Most factory new radios and accessories qualify for free UPS or FedEX ground shipping Or Free USPS Priority Mail (at our Discretion). Tracking numbers will be provided when orders are shipped, this is why it is important to sign in using your profile instead of checking out as a guest.
For most orders that total over $100, UPS ground service or USPS Priority Mail (at our Discretion)( for shipments in the Continental USA 48 States only) is at no charge. Some exceptions include some larger items and some sale items.
Standard Shipping to Continental United States is based on Dollar Amount of Order
- $1 to $99 shipping is $11 Flat Rate
Most orders over $100 ship Free to the Continental USA (lower 48) Some oversize, Bulky or long items will have a small shipping surcharge. AK, HI, PR orders: We may call you to help us out on the freight
Orders containing both in-stock and out of stock items will not ship until all items are in-stock, unless you specifically request shipping the in-stock items separately. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you request shipping the in-stock items separately, the first shipment is free and subsequent shipments will be charged S&H unless the total value of the subsequent shipment is $100 or more.
Legal
We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on our web site. Your continued use of our site constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of Texas. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Texas, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in “Texas”, such personal jurisdiction shall be nonexclusive.
