This tuner is in great cosmetic shape, but is being sold AS IS due to some performance issues. There are a few small marks and minor scuffs to the exterior. The text is nice and the connections are sturdy, but this unit buzzes when the actual tune button is pressed, almost as if there were a short inside. There has been no relay clicking observed, but it buzzes as long as the button is pressed down. This set includes the tuner, controller, power cord, mounting bracket, and manual.
