This cash drawer is in excellent never used shape. We changed to Lightspeed point of sale (X-Series) late last year. We actually only used their web version (E-Series) for our website. We never used the point of sale. We had lots of issues and it would not work for us. We did take the cash drawer out of the box last year and it sat on the shellf unused. We have just upgraded to a totally new system. it came with a new cash drawer and everything. We put this cash drawer in the new box. What you will receive is a brand new never used cash drawer packed in another brand of box.
