This tuner is in excellent condition. There are no major or visible cosmetic issues with this unit. This unit is very clean, has been very well kept, and works wonderfully. The buttons click well, the knobs spin smooth, all text is legible, the screen is clear, and the connections on the rear are all very sturdy. This tuner is wonderful overall and comes with the power cord and guide. This unit makes for a wonderful buy! This is the 1800 Watt Model. This amp was bought brand new on July 3 of this year. He also bought the matching Palstar amp. As the customer found out this setup takes up way too much space on his desk he just traded it all in on a new SPE Expert Taurus which is less than half the size and does much more without of the cabling mess and hassle. This unit was really never used other than a little testing with a disappointing customer with buyers remorse
