A legendary station amplifier, the ETO Alpha 78 is well known for its rock-solid performance and clean bandpass design. This unit has been expertly converted by well-known amateur radio technician K5IZ Rusty and now runs two (2) 3CX800A7 triode tubes, giving it a fresh lease on life with modern tube availability. The upgraded faceplate presents cleanly and all front-panel controls are fully functional.

This amplifier was converted and now uses a pair of 3CX800A7 Tube. It makes a full legal limit out with very little drive. It has a brand new faceplate. It looks really good and works fine.
