U20043 AS-IS Kenwood TS-690S All Mode Multi Bander HF/50 MHz Transceiver

The M.CH/VFO CH dial is loose and does not turn. The knob is pictured on the radio, but it will pull straight out. All other dials and buttons are in working order. There is a little dust, a few scuffs, and oxidation on some screws.  

The radio does work. It does receive and transmit but has an issue with the one knob/control
