The front panel, display, and controls are all intact and functional — the large LCD is clear and readable, and all buttons and knobs are in good shape. The chassis and rear heatsink/fan assembly show typical mobile wear. Comes in the original Icom ID-4100A factory box, which is itself well-worn but does the job for shipping.
