The Ameritron ALS-600 is a 600-Watt PEP solid-state FET HF linear amplifier that operates across 1.6 to 21.6 MHz (160m through 15m amateur bands). Paired with its matching heavy-duty ALS-600PS 50V DC power supply, this no-tune amplifier eliminates warmup times, tube replacements, and tune-up delays, delivering instant full-power operation.

Built with four TMOS RF power FETs, the ALS-600 features low-pass filtering on all bands for clean output, cross-needle SWR/wattmeter monitoring, illuminated status LEDs for ALC and load fault protection, and quiet fan cooling.
