The Vibroplex Original Bug is the iconic semi-automatic telegraph key that revolutionized CW Morse code operation. Manufactured by The Vibroplex Company, Inc. (Serial #54531 on brass badge), this key mechanically generates a continuous string of automatic "dits" when pressing the red thumb paddle, while "dahs" are sent manually with the finger paddle.

Featuring a heavy chrome-plated base, classic red bug logo badge, red plastic paddles, dual adjustment weights, and knurled contact screws, this unit functions as both a high-performance CW key for the operating desk and an extraordinary collector's display piece.
