This pre-owned Heil Sound Pro Set 6 communications headset is in clean cosmetic condition overall, featuring intact plush earpads, a clean boom microphone with windscreen, and an undamaged cable assembly. The cushioned headband strap shows some surface dirt from prior handling and shack use. Please note that the headset and packaging also present a detectable odor consistent with storage or kitchen/cooking environment exposure. It comes complete with its original factory packaging and an included Heil AD-1-YM modular adapter cable for Yaesu transceivers.

The Heil Sound Pro Set 6 is a high-performance boom-mic headset engineered specifically for amateur radio contest operators, DXers, and ragchewers seeking exceptional comfort and articulation. Featuring Heil’s renowned HC-6 dynamic microphone element, it provides wide-frequency voice response that can be tailored to articulate clearly through band noise and pileups. Designed with lightweight, acoustically tuned earcups and a phase-reversal switch to widen spatial listening or isolate weak signals, the Pro Set 6 delivers extended wearing comfort during long operating sessions. The included AD-1-YM adapter connects the microphone line directly into compatible Yaesu transceivers utilizing an 8-pin modular (RJ-45 style) mic jack while providing a 1/4" PTT line for a foot switch or hand switch.
