This pre-owned Elecraft SP4 external communications speaker is in great overall cosmetic and working condition, with the only notable issue being a small cosmetic dent on the upper corner of the front metal grille screen. To return the unit to flawless appearance, it comes supplied with a factory-sealed replacement Elecraft front grille screen assembly. The matte black cabinet finish, front panel labeling, lower push button, and folding front tilt bail are in pristine shape. On the rear panel, the 3.5mm stereo Input A, Input B, and secondary SP4 pass-through audio jacks are clean, tight, and undamaged. It includes a gold-plated 3.5mm stereo audio patch cable.

The Elecraft SP4 is a custom-engineered external communications speaker designed to acoustically and aesthetically complement the Elecraft K4, K4D, and K4HD transceivers (as well as the K3 and K3S series). Built into a sturdy, vibration-damped metal enclosure that matches the height and finish of the K4 line, it houses a wide-range speaker driver custom-voiced for communications, delivering rich, articulate audio that significantly enhances vocal intelligibility on SSB and eases listening fatigue during extended CW sessions. It features dual rear switchable inputs (Input A and Input B) selectable via a front-panel pushbutton, as well as a dedicated pass-through output jack for driving a second SP4 speaker when monitoring independent main and sub-receiver channels in full stereo diversity.

• Cosmetic Condition: Great condition overall. The cabinet surfaces are clean and free of significant scratches, gouges, or finish wear.

• Front Grille: The installed metal mesh grille has a small dent on its upper edge/corner. A sealed Elecraft factory replacement grille is included for an easy swap.

• Controls & Stand: Front-panel A/B input selector button clicks firmly, and the folding bottom wire tilt bail deploys smoothly.
